Instant
Collection:
Due
to popular demand by bibliophiles (seriously...I'm not making
this up), I've put together all of the back issues I have
copies of, from #1-#54, minus only nine issues. Here's your
chance to build an instant collection, and your very last
chance to get some of the early issues. ($150 plus shipping
and applicable CA sales tax). There are only three sets like
this left.
Ker-bloom! #26 special
edition

In
the fall of 2000, I produced issue #26 while staying with
some friends in Brooklyn, New York. The regular edition was
made with over a dozen different cloth covers, ranging from
fireproof silver to black velvet to pool table felt to a rare,
handmade Indonesian cloth. By mistake, I made 25 too few covers
and thus had a bunch of coverless copies. This year, I bound
up the coverless issues by sewing through the text block through
cardstock wrapped with cloth. The covers are pictured above
(left to right): teal shells, sunflowers, fuschia shells,
magic mushrooms, night sky, neutral linen, valentine hearts,
confetti stars, floral, sea foam, and halloween in the back.
There is a small number of each cover, so please don't order
more than exist. ($3)
Ker-bloom! Letterpress
tour zine set:

One
summer, I got the crazy idea to travel across the US and print
my zine at various letterpress printshops along the way. I
made three zines on this trip, and recently I found ten of
each of them, enabling me to bind them into sets. Numbered
edition of ten. (sold out, sorry!)
Ker-bloom! Protest zine set:

I
have collected the zines that I have done about political
protests and bound them into sets with bright red covers and
black linen thread. Numbered edition of twenty. ($25)
Ker-bloom! Ohio zine set:

Three
years in a row, I attended the Underground Publishing Conference
(now called the Allied Media Conference) put on by the clamor
magazine folks in Bowling Green, Ohio. The first time I included
the conference as part of a life-altering solo bike trip across
the Buckeye State, and the next two years I wondered why I
kept returning every year. This set contains all three letterpress
printed issues, handsewn together with linen thread and a
cover with the outline of Ohio printed in silver. Numbered
edition of twelve. ($15)
